The Independent Commission Against Corruption will be running three competitions as part of its youth engagement initiative under the 50-Days of Integrity Campaign.

Under the Commission’s theme “Building Integrity Together 50 Years On” the competitions are aimed at engaging youth and students creatively in promoting integrity, understanding corruption, and encouraging active participation in the fight against corruption across Papua New Guinea. 

The competitions are as followed:

• Facebook Selfie Competition
  • Take a selfie or photo with the Gold Ribbon Against Corruption (wear it, hold it, or design). 
  • Add a caption explaining why you stand against corruption. 
  • Post on Facebook, tag Independent Commission Against Corruption-ICAC PNG, and include all official hashtags. 
• TikTok Short Video Competition
  • Create a 15–60 second video showing what corruption is and its impact on people. 
  • Videos can be acted out, narrated, or use humor; must end with: “I pledge to stand against corruption.” 
  • Tag ICAC PNG and use all official hashtags. 
• Art Competition
  • Draw, paint, or design an artwork showing what corruption means to you. 
  • Submit entries by 27 November 2025. 
  • Winners announced on 9 December 2025 (IACD). 

Who Can Enter 

• Open to students, teenagers, and youths across Papua New Guinea. 
• One entry per person per week. 

Prizes 

Weekly Prizes (Starting Nov 10^th – December 15^th): 

• Facebook: 1 winner per week – K50 Flex Card 
• TikTok: 1 winner per week – K50 Flex Card 
• All weekly winners qualify for the Grand Draw 

Grand Prizes: 

• Art Competition: 1x Samsung A35 Phone 
• Facebook & TikTok Combined Grand Prize: 1x Samsung A26 Phone 

Consolation Prizes: 

• Consolation prizes will be awarded to selected entries demonstrating creativity, effort, and alignment with the campaign theme. (Details to be determined by ICAC judging panel.) 

How to Enter 

1. Post your entry (selfie/photo or TikTok video) on the respective platform. 
2. Tag @ICAC PNG.

For Art Competition: Submit artwork directly to ICAC by 27 November 2025. 

Judging Criteria 

Entries will be assessed based on: 

• Creativity and originality – uniqueness and innovation. 
• Clear message about corruption – demonstrates understanding and impact. 
• Positive and inspiring tone – encourages integrity and ethical behavior. 
• Relevance to campaign theme – aligns with Gold Ribbon Against Corruption. 
• Online engagement – likes, shares, comments, and interaction (for Facebook and TikTok). 

Terms & Conditions 

• Eligibility: Open to students, teenagers, and youth across PNG. 
• Originality: Entries must be original, respectful, and suitable for public viewing. 
• Entry limits: Only one entry per person per week. 
• Usage rights: ICAC PNG may share entries for awareness and promotion. 
• Participation: Free of charge. 
• Disqualification: ICAC PNG reserves the right to disqualify copied, inappropriate, or offensive entries. 
• Prizes: Weekly K50 Flex Cards cannot be exchanged for cash; all weekly winners enter the grand draw.
